At ArtMillwork Design, we stand by the craftsmanship of our home decor and wood products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package the item in its original shipping materials to ensure the handcrafted woodwork remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our studio address.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for its original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
